PermaBurnish initiates a chemical densification process by reacting with
the concrete to form a hard dense layer.
The final result is a hardened,
sealed and dustproof floor. In conjunction with the application of the
densifier we progressively work the surface through a honing and polishing
process to bring the surface to a PermaBurnish luster.
Surface coatings
wear out and need replacement from time to time. Maintenance costs for
material, labor and lost productivity (down time) will be incurred on a
regular basis for a surface coating or sealer. PermaBurnish is not a
surface product and not subject to recurring replacement costs.
